A Whimsical Makeover and A Flea Market: The Sweet Chair Edition

I picked up this sweet chair at a garage sale a few weeks ago and wanted to do something a little silly and a whole lot of fun. Also, I have really been wanting to use more of the Napoleonic Blue. So my super, loving husband began painting the base coat. Then I went in with my stencils and here is what we have:

I really enjoy this color but don't use it very often. I don't usually gravitate towards Navy but I just really enjoy this. Also...it happened to go really well with Sherrie's stuff!
Sherrie from A Ruffled Nest and Christie from Carter's Cottage joined me at Kane County Flea Market this weekend. We shared a large booth and had a fantastic time. It was very difficult but we survived and are looking forward to our next Flea Market Adventure.
This was our fun area. Love Sherrie's Cowgirl Banner.

These were a dowel that my husband sliced down the middle. Painted with ASCP of course.

Beautiful trees available at Carter's Cottage.
Antibes Green bowl holding our wonderful ToftTouch Soaps.

My parents came to visit us.

Sherrie's Gossip Table
A wreath by me and Chalk Paint.

More from our booth.
