A Whimsical Makeover: The Custom Side Table Edition

I have said it before and I will say it again. I really like custom paint requests. I love getting a bit out of my comfort zone. This piece was no exception.

This lovely custom piece is for a friend of mine who also purchased the amazing Pure White Dresser.

As I dropped it off at her house, she asked me about painting a small table that had been in her family for some time. It was dark and she wanted it lightened up.

Here is the before:
Here is the after:

I used ASCP Paris Grey and Clear Wax. I am excited to be able to do a color review on Paris Grey. Coming soon. :)
I was also able to use my new distressing technique. Thank you Christie Carter for that one! Love it!

If you are interested in lining up a custom order, please contact me. I am now taking pieces for November.

Thanks for checking in!

In addition, I have been working very hard at updating my etsy store. Visit for my latest and greatest. Stay tuned for more. :)

Don't forget, I am now your online location for Toft Touch Soaps!
