On Thanksgiving Day, I had to sneak out a few little winter items. I tried to blend them nicely with my fall items. I was very proud of my centerpiece for the Thanksgiving table.
On Friday, we traveled to Wisconsin with our great friends, to cut down a fresh Christmas tree. I remember doing this when I was young. It is a fun memory.
When we returned home, we cranked up the Christmas music and began decorating.
Here is our Christmas mantel:
I will be sharing my Christmas decorations in multiple posts. I can't wait to show you more. :)

Love the simplicity of your mantel. The door with the bow is a clever treatment and the red adds the perfect splash of holiday. I'm sharing your mantel on my Once Upon a Firefly FB page.
ReplyDeleteI love the bow! Can't wait to see what else you come up with
